Nazar Rybalko has a deep knowledge and practical experience in the fields of administrative and civil law, gained during the long term of representation of the state interests in administrative and general courts, also working as assistant judge at the administrative court and as a lawyer in Attorneys` Association.
Specialization: social, tax, customs and administrative delict cases, civil cases related to contractual relationships, housing, land and succession law.
Education: Kyiv University of Law of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
Professional activity:
July, 2011 – March, 2017 – head juris counsel of legal department, Rivne department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine. Job description: Representation of the state interests at the courts and communication with authorities.
April, 2017 – October, 2019 – assistant judge, Rivne district administrative court.
November, 2019 – Nowadays – assistant attorney, «Yuridichniy Dim «Zahyst» Attorneys` Association.
Nazar Rybalko is co-founder of «Rivne Prozor» Public organization.
The main activity of organization is monitoring of observance of human rights; protection of rights of the vulnerable social groups upholding their interests through the mechanisms of human rights protection.
