In accordance with part 1 of art. 45 of the Code of Ukraine on Bankruptcy Procedures: Bankruptcy creditors on claims arising before the day of the opening of bankruptcy proceedings are required to submit to the commercial court written applications with claims against the debtor, as well as supporting documents, within 30 days from the date of official publication of the announcement of the opening of proceedings in bankruptcy case.
